Delete Your Carely Account

Carely - كيرلي is the laundry pickup and delivery app operated by Advanced Laundry Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can request the deletion of your Carely account and the data associated with it at any time using either of the methods below.

How to request account deletion

Option 1 - From the Carely app

1. Open the Carely app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm your request.

Option 2 - By email or WhatsApp

• Email us at info@carely.co with the subject Delete My Account, from the email or phone number registered to your account.
• Or message us on WhatsApp at +966 53 331 4700.

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.

What data is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Profile information: name, phone number, email and saved addresses
• Wallet balance, loyalty points and referral data
• Order history and in-app conversations

What data is kept and why

We retain invoices and payment or transaction records only for the period required by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including tax and accounting requirements, and records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Once the legal retention period ends, this data is permanently deleted. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
